For the past school year, I volunteered as the Aztec Pride Chair for the Aztec Student Union Board. The Aztec Student Union Board is comprised of 8 committees and are dedicated to planning and executing exceptional programs and to help maintain the overall operations of the newly open Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union. The Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union serves as the "Living Room" for the students, faculty staff, and the community. ASUB gives students opportunity to get involved and to enhance campus life. As Aztec Pride Chair, I was responsible for collaborating with various departments on campus to put on events to promote Aztec Pride throughout the year.
