  I implement, maintain and continually improve the Integrated Management System. I participate and facilitate in customer and external audits. I work directly with the HSES group to ensure the proper policies are implemented and followed to product the health, safety and security of the employees and protect the environment. Manage the Corrective Action System (EtQ) and assign actions to the appropriate employees and progress CAPA through the stages. Address internal issues that may affect the quality of the product/service. Lead root cause investigations for customer complaints, internal/external audit findings, internal complaints, etc. I verify effectiveness of implemented corrective actions. Show less
