  I am in a position to manage over a dozen foster homes throughout Northwest Minnesota. I ensure the highest level of quality care is being provided to all foster youths placed into these foster homes. I facilitate team meetings, create treatment plans for the youth, manage youth crises, coordinate therapy or any other services needed by the youth, and resolve any issues for the youth or foster care providers in a timely manner.
