  Working with HEPA Filter Services was a great introduction to the laboratory/clean air industry. In addition to general administrative duties, (reception, couriers, invoicing etc..) I worked closely with the clients and our technicians to provide a high level of service, to source parts, troubleshoot problems, schedule one off repairs, set up maintenance contracts, as well as consult on the clients needs and requirements within their industry. Working with all makes and models of Biological Safety Cabinets, Laminar Flow Hoods, Fume Hoods, Cleanrooms and containment labs provided me with a great cross section of experience and knowledge.
