ARS-Worked with the Food Surveys Research Group to learn the AMPM software used to conduct 24-hour dietary recalls for NHANES. Visited the NHANES call center in Rockville, MD to evaluate the NHANES interviewers. Worked with the Nutrient Data Laboratory on their Sodium Monitoring Project. Compared the sodium levels on 58 cereal product labels to the value listed in SR24. Calculated the percent difference in sodium from the database to what is currently on the label. Show less
