I met Tara a couple of years ago when our companies worked together as business partners. When we first met, she impressed me right away. She was very knowledgeable about both her company and the industry we both work in, was very engaging and had a great sense of humor. Several months later our companies were talking about merging and she and I became partners. We both worked together to present our offerings to our mutual potential clients, helped each other better understand our companies, shared leads and had a lot of fun working together. Sadly it was decided by the powers that be to not go through with the merger. For many that would end the working relationship that had been formed. Not for me and Tara though. While we no longer were able to share info that pertained to our respective companies, we continued to help each other understand the direction our industry was going and better understand the major players in the space. And whenever there is a trade show that we both are attending, I always look forward to seeing her and catching up. Tara is the type of person who you want to keep in touch with because she has so much to offer and is a great mentor. The success of her company is largely because of her efforts, focus and determination. I consider myself fortunate to know her and to have worked with her.
