Tara was brought on to help us get our Mail Center, Document Imaging and Check Processing area off the ground, and we literally could not have done it without her. We faced many unreasonably high hurdles, including an abbreviated timeline, legal/contract issues, and a situation where the only training we could offer Tara's staff was through employees that were losing their jobs and had little or no incentive to help. Tara's expertise and professionalism helped us to succeed in a situation that could have been a disaster. She was an expert at navigating politically charged waters, and her communication and issue escalation were key in helping us to foresee and avoid several icebergs in our path.
