  From my first day on the job my leadership team at the Jane Goodall Institute (JGI) depended on my superior ability to track and analyse our development initiatives. By giving thorough analysis' on the performance of direct mail, email, and event appeals I helped modify JGI's giving programs to ensure we pursued activities that produced the highest return on investment. I ensured the successful execution of Dr.Jane Goodall’s lectures and events across Canada, and helped Jane and JGI connect face to face with over 10,000 Canadians in 2016 alone.
