As part of the internal admission team, I serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and their families to provide the highest level of customer service to recruit students. My responsibilities have included answering inbound calls and emails to assist future Wildcats through the admission and enrollment process. I have also worked in outbound center, making outbound calls to prospective students to share admissions information and application updates to help them on their way to becoming a future Wildcat!
