Tapan is one of the most talented individuals I've had the fortune to work with. Tapan was completely proactive about joining Alphabet Energy, and from there was proactive about leading key initiatives while at the company, not least of which was the product management of our most successful product, the Power Generating Combustor. Tapan sought me out after graduating and to this day I am thankful that I took a risk on him. He proved his worth and then some, over and over again. He is a rapid learner and always managed to find himself involved in, and contributing to, most of the executive strategic decision-making at the company. He can easily bridge a detailed engineering understanding with big-picture market research, regulatory frameworks, and company strategy. Smart, ambitious, and determined, Tapan is someone I hope to work with for many years to come.

Tapan has a knack for gathering product requirements and creating functional specifications that are clear, detailed and comprehensive. His organizational skills and ability to quickly grasp technological nuance allow him to excel on both sides of the Product Management/Engineering fence. Tapan always executes his projects at a high standard with enthusiasm and commitment and would be an asset on any Product Management team.
