Karthicraja Gopalakrishnan
I worked as a chief architect for one of the ambitious projects we have successfully completed recently. First thing one would notice about Tao is that she is very very self-driven; one or two amongst the hundred we meet every day. Having worked with many entrepreneurs, i can say how rare and how wonderful it is to find someone as driven as Tao. Tao can get things done against all the odds; our project constituted new technology, new platform, newly formed internal service teams, new delivery methodology, new partners/ service providers, hungry business customer, shorter timeframe, lack of resources, and a tough budget. Many leaders wouldn’t undertake projects with so many constraints but Tao thrived in such an environment. Tao is energetic, efficient, hands on, fully focused and a strong problem solver. She created an atmosphere where everyone in the team; internal, external, partners and 3rd party providers & everyone i exceeded themselves. Working with Tao as a team has been a very satisfying experience, she will have more and more success.

Tao is a fearless leader. I had an opportunity to work with Tao on a FinTech - AWS cloud transformation project. She identified a need to move a workload that needed to be moved to AWS cloud, got team onboard, and delivered the project in a matter of months, while ensuring that it was done right.
