Zhe Xing was fresh out of Digipen when he joined Axial Brain, and turned out to be one of the best fresh grad hire I've ever made. Having to work in a small team, ZX was exposed to multiple systems in the game, and after completing 4 full product cycles, he has become a strong team player who can carry the load for the team. ZX works with good self discipline, be able to think independently and be analytical of problems, his feedback to the game designers during implementation was essential to building greater products. Definitely someone I'd work with again in a heartbeat.
