Tanysha worked recently within my organisation as a programme leader, delivering the National Citizen Service programme, managing a team of senior mentors, and an assistant programme leader, and holding pastoral responsibility for over 60 young people, in both residential and community based programmes. During my time managing Tanysha she demonstrated a real flair for leadership in what was an intense environment, Tanysha is a fantastic communicator, who takes on feedback, and actions where appropriate in order to get the best outcome for her staff and young people. During this period Tanysha also showed great resilience, supporting her team and actioning safety plans in complexed and challenging circumstance. Her calm manner and passion for supporting young people allowed her to build relationships with young people lead her team to do the same. Tanysha was a pleasure to manage and I am certain would add value in a leadership role, or within a team.
