In additional to working as the receptionist for the Midwifery Center building, I was also responsible for several other tasks for the medical practice. These other tasks include managing the office fax inbox, completing necessary FMLA paperwork for our obstetrical patients, managing the use of our community room by medical group employees as well as members of the community, and keeping track of our active obstetrical patient list.

As a Head Lifeguard for the City of Chicopee, it was my responsibility to make sure that everything was running smoothly on a day-to-day basis. This meant that making sure the patrons from the summer camp participated in everyday, organized pool games, recording chlorine and pH levels daily, creating a staff schedule, and doing inventory for our pool location. It was also my responsibility to make sure that my pool staff were doing their jobs at all times, including: watching their section of the pool, providing any medical attention that may be needed, providing professional as well as comforting service to all guests, and keeping our pool clean.
