Tanya works with strategic partners and stakeholders to implement initiatives that advance the Home Performance Stakeholder Council's mandate to grow the home performance industry in BC. Tanya also leads marketing and communications for the organization. She recently led the launch of the Home Performance Contractor Network, a network of qualified retrofit contractors in British Columbia, Canada, that meet specified trade designation and training qualifications and are subject to ongoing review and quality assurance checks. The network currently manages over 800 contractors. The Home Performance Stakeholder Council works with qualified retrofit contractors and stakeholders committed to working together to advance home performance in British Columbia. Home performance is a holistic approach to identifying and addressing energy efficiency, comfort, health, and safety-related issues to make a home perform better. They are focused on increasing the business opportunities and addressing the challenges that exist in a home performance industry, which is evolving and growing.
