As VP of Sales snd Marketing for Crelogix Acceptance's Personal Services financing division (specifically education, workshops and medical cosmetic procedures) responsibilities included; • Consulting with primarily, privately owned businesses to assess their processes and needs • Identifying and negotiate with key decision makers • Determine or design the best financing solutions and sales tools to assist increase sales and revenue • Create sponsorship programs, marketing strategies with Franchisors to offer independently owned franchises • Provide businesses with on-going support to ensure our programs success • Regular reviews and trainings of businesses owners and staff in new processes • Assurance of compliance and status according to Creloix partnership guidelines • Regular presentations for businesses and conferences • Host booth at trade shows and conferences Internal responsibilities included: • Budgeting and forecasting, monthly, quarterly and internally • Business proposals for new programs for approval by Crelogix Credit Committee • Marketing • Managing District Sales Managers for this division • Presentations and reporting directly to the President and CEO and other stake holders • Maintaining alignment with internal departments and Crelogix’s core values In this position, I oversaw one of the most profitable divisions and attended President's Club regularly. This was a direct result of exceeding budgets, invludyincreasing loan originations by 700% in the last 2 years of my employment.
