I had the pleasure of working with Tanya at Epic and was consistently impressed with her skills as a researcher, and with her skills and passion as she stepped into the role of product manager at Epic. She is driven, determined, and thoughtful. She quickly integrates new knowledge from comprehensive user research and is always in pursuit of creating a product that serves the user’s needs in the best way possible. As a community manager, I really appreciated that I could come to her with data and feedback from our community, and she would always make time to listen carefully and think through how we could better support our educator users with product updates and innovation. As a colleague, Tanya is definitely someone everyone enjoys working with. She cares deeply about her teammates and is extremely vigilant about making sure everyone has the support they need to get the job done. I was so lucky to get to work with her on the release of a new resource hub for our educator users. Under her leadership, the launch was organized and timely and any challenges that arose were seamlessly navigated and resolved. I know Tanya would be an incredible asset to any team that she leads or joins!

Tanya has been working in the Product Management organization for several quarters at Epic, and I have had the honor of managing her during that time. As a Product Manager, Tanya has relentlessly shipped high-impact products while navigating uncertainty. Tanya has a few superpowers: * Action-forward grit. Tanya joined Epic with the goal of eventually joining the product team and kept on going until her result was achieved. Tanya brings this grit to her product delivery as well, seeing a concept from spec to production while navigating the complexity that always arises. Tanya's transition between teams was handled with grace and professionalism. * User insights. Tanya's training as a researcher allows her to have deep knowledge of our users, with a specialization in kids. Because of her skillset, Tanya can run her own research when necessary. She is a strong researcher all around but is truly outstanding in helping children understand and authentically respond to prompts. * Leadership and executive management. Tanya made great strides during her time as a Product Manager and continues to develop her own leadership style. She has gained the trust of her development teammates through her continuous drive to ship experiences. It is a pleasure watching Tanya step into this role and continue growing.
