Managed small commercial business unit in the office. Any account under 60K per year in premium. I was in charge of: renewal reviews, remarkets, applications/questionnaires, phone, email, and in-person meetings. I had one devoted assistant who did most of the processing aspects of my portfolio. I also worked one-one-one with a commercial producer in the office, and did cover new business submissions during his holidays. I also spear-headed a campaign for our existing book of business with respect to Cyber coverage as well as the ramifications of the coinsurance clause with respect to an insurance settlement. I also obtained my CPIB designation in December of 2017 on my owner personal time, and was on the social committee for the year 2017. Show less
