I had the pleasure working with Tanya, where she supported the team in overall project management, from organizing board meetings, events and congresses to ensuring finalization of commercial campaigns with agencies and IT/digital implementations. Tanya is a fast learner, open for new challenges, and a dynamic team player.
Marianne Berrens
I have worked with Tanya for about 3.5 years. She is an excellent project manager. Working for me she was in charge of organising international trainings with participants and guest speakers from across Europe, symposia at various international congresses, organising our booth staff and materials at large congresses, all our international grants (including all compliance paperwork and interactions with the lawyers). She was also responsable for handling the budget of all these projects. Tanya is someone that needs a good briefing of what your vision and targets for your projects are and once she has those, she goes! She works hard and independently, notices issues before anyone else and has them solved immediately. She keeps you informed of the overall progress of her projects and has details ready if you ask for them. She checks and doublechecks to ensure things will go smoothly and never gives up chasing people to give their information/ agreement when she needs it to proceed. And in the rare moments that something unforeseen happens ( eg speaker flight cancelled) ,she always comes with a solution. She is a good team player. English is her mothertongue and she is fluent in Dutch. It was an absolute pleasure to work with her. If I would have had the headcount, I would have loved to take her with me to my new company. I can highly recommend her! If you talk to her be aware she is more modest about her accomplishments than she should be.

Marketing / MedicaProject Manager Multiple Sclerosis Europe
-
Jan 2017 - Sep 2019
As the Marketing / Medical project manager in the BU for MS in the European team I had the opportunity to work with both the medical team and the commercial team. In total this is a team of 13 people and I have been part of many projects. Most projects are a team effort and transparent communication and working together with people who each bring their set of expertise is great. I have been responsible for projects such as the collaboration with the Annual Charcot Foundation Congress in Italy. This event was organized together with external stakeholders and our internal Medical Affairs team. I have co-organized many of the medical events projects such as specialist HCP training days or preceptorships and the logistical / event management tasks of organizing internal trainings for our EU colleagues. Working with many different stake holders and on different projects is what makes this job so enjoyable.Next to all the projects I also take care of the budget, finance and PO management. I have a few years of experience in co-organizing congresses for our BU and setting up a new way of working for booth staffing. Show less
