      S & S Enterprise (Beaumont, Texas) January 2012- December 2012 I was Safety Lead on various job sites for final clean up for BISD. The focus on the project overall safety, eye, fall protection, and hand or foot injuries. Each project has maintained a safety record of zero recordable injuries. The crew responsibility was trash lifting, bending, sweeping, mopping, waxing floors, cleaning chalk boards, etc. The crews were from 5 to 10 people on a job. The project was to make ready cleaning the area schools before the first day or re-opening of the school after summer break. A daily watch is kept on the crew to assure all safety standards and procedures are being properly adhered to by all employees. Daily audits and inspections are made to assure that all PPE is being used and is in good working conditions. • Verify availability or monitor use of safety equipment, such as hearing protection or respirators. • Supply, operate, or maintain personal protective equipment. • Evaluate situations or make determinations when a worker has refused to work on the grounds that danger or potential harm exists. • Maintain all required environmental records and documentation. • Prepare or calibrate equipment used to collect or analyze samples. • Plan emergency response drills. • Recommend corrective measures to be applied based on results of environmental contaminant analyses. • Conduct worker studies to determine whether specific instances of disease or illness are job-related. • Interview employees that has any concerns regarding health, safety, or and changing elements that may happen during the scope of their craft.
