worked as a summer trainee in Sahibabad, UP plant of Paras Dairy on the project lab testing and process design study. learned about various lab experiments involved in the testing of sample and processing and packaging of food material. Lab Testing: Learned various microbiological and chemical tests are involved to check whether the food product is up to the standards.
