-I was in charge of being the Voice of Customers from United Kingdom and 11 European Countries through the go-to market strategies of a fashion brand DeFacto, at the very beginning of the project. -Identify and analyze pain points, design preventive activities along with 2 years in terms of customer culture, behavior and habits. -Analyze customer-related complaints, define pain points and take actions with a collaborative approach and customer feedbacks from various sources (e.g. Trustpilot UK, e-trusted UK-EU, yotpo UK-EU). -Continuously reduce pain areas for the customers through working with courier delivery actions and customer feedbacks accordingly. -Closely working with logistics units of UK warehouse and EU warehouses and follow-up their daily responses to our entries. -Monitored return and refusal processes, streamlining operations on Shopify, which was the main shopping interface and page, when customers purchase an outfit. -Implementing customer demands actively on inbound calls, satisfied customers’ shopping experiences verbally and perpetually.
