I worked with Tanner for about 4 months earlier this year, back then we worked on several M&A projects. Tanner is a proactive person, motivated to learn and achievement-oriented. During this time, he helped me contact potential investors and make contacts, he is a person willing to do whatever is necessary to achieve the objectives. Tanner is an excellent person, his ability to socialize, punctuality and respect stands out. During the time he was my colleague, we did good teamwork and achieved great things. Without a doubt, he is an excellent person to work with and have on the team. .

Assembled bridge beams using SMAW and FCAW welding processes in both 2g and 3g positions. All welds were inspected per D 1.5 bridge code. Extremely heavy parts (10,000+ lbs) were manipulated to create functioning steel bridge components. Personal safety was of the utmost importance. Welded lift kits in a fast paced factory environment as a short-term employee. Due to the relatively thin metal, a unique GMAW welding process was used that involved short, fast downhill welds. Prepared finished product and used forklifts to transport parts for shipping. Responsible for completing hundreds of components on a daily basis. Used automated CNC plasma technology as needed.
