Tanner and I worked cross-functionally together on a number of projects while at SpenDifference. He always went out of his way to ensure the team/project was successful and acted as a leader regardless of his title or assignment. Those around him benefited greatly from our work with Tanner. He was confident and excelled at Finance while also well-equipped in his ability to transfer his skills our Supply Chain team. I believe Tanner will be effective in any environment and will improve processes and efficiencies. I would absolutely work with Tanner again given the opportunity.
