Tanner is a very charismatic and likable person, but the good stuff doesn't just stop there. I had the pleasure of supervising Tanner while he was a Facility Operator in a large Recreation facility. Tanner had to interact with users, maintain the facility, and he was able to do all of this while having a positive attitude and being friendly, even when the job wasn't very glamours at times. Tanner even showed the initiative to start, and manage a few social media pages for the facility to help us bring people in to visit us or just to get the word out on what we were doing. Tanner was a great employee and is a great person and I wish him all the best in the future!
