Bio
Rut Einarsdóttir
Having known Tanja for over 10 years, I've seen her grow to be the strong, intelligent and confident woman she is today. She has always been extremely ambitious and passionate in every role she takes on and she is a pleasure to work with. Her customer service and communication skills are admirable, as I've seen her take on roles that have challenged her and pushed, but she has always tackled them with such grace, and grown with every task. I still remember working with her on a project a few years ago where her strategic planning and operations management skills were really tested but she handled it perfectly, proving that she can handle any obstacle that comes her way with what seems to be minimal effort. Tanja is a great asset and any organisation would be lucky to have her on their team.
