Tania's extensive leadership and team development experience has been invaluable as the lead facilitator for our High Performance Teams (HPT) program (September 2021 - June 2022). Tania consistently receives high scores from program participants for her engaging facilitation style as well as her ability to provide practical and pragmatic examples to reinforce key models and concepts. The success of the HPT program to build; connection, trust and alignment has been possible because of Tania's calm, committed and credible approach to helping over 600 individuals sustain high performance and thrive. Her passion in supporting others to be the best version of themselves compliments her experience and qualifications using contemporary and evidence based strategies to help others reach their potential. Highly recommend Tania for any organisational development consulting, facilitation and coaching project.

As Founder in 2012 of mental health exercise charity Mood Active (https://moodactive.org.au/), I've worked with Tania ever since, and watched in awe as she moved seamlessly between roles as diverse as HR, personal coaching, Events Management, fitness instructor, and, from 2017-2021, General Manager. In that time I've also seen her professionalism, dynamism, and how much she cares about outcomes for people, especially those most vulnerable. Through Covid lock-downs, managing and supporting people, tackling budgets and strategy, to writing (and winning) multiple grants, she's seen a non-profit succeed, often against the odds. As a coach and leadership facilitator, she has skills and empathy that would be hard to match. The next organisation that has use of her skills and experience will be better for it.
