Tania Cohen is an exceptional leader and manager. Her knowledge appears to know no bounds and is combined with an impressive skills set. I had the pleasure of appointing Tania to some consultancy work whilst leading Charities Evaluation Services last year. We were lucky to have her apply to lead the end stages of the Performance National Support Service and join the SMT at CES. At a time of considerable change for the organisation she managed to successfully deliver the requirements of the Performance programme, close it with elegance and maintain staff confidence and morale. I have since had the pleasure of seeing her consultancy work, particularly around those knotty issues of public giving. If you get the chance to employ or work with Tania then do take it as you will learn much from her. I am convinced she has the leadership skills the sector needs and am surprised that no-one has snapped her up as a new generation of charity CEO.

Tania is a superb senior manager with an eye for the fine detail as well as the strategic overview. During her time as Interim Director of the Performance Programme at CES she was able to bring in a very complex partnership programme to both finance and outcome targets. She has an excellent grasp of finances, ICT, performance and people management. She works well as part of a team as well as under her own volition and will be a credit to any organisation who employs her whether on a staff or consultancy basis.
