As the Games & Learning Team Lead, I guide goalsetting conversations to align our work with the Org mission, track and communicate about team projects and performance, and provide systems-level feedback to Org Team. I also work to direct philanthropic giving, assist with research projects, and collaborate in sharing initiatives for both teams. In addition to my work as a Program Developer, I've also worked on our Community Partnerships Team to support foundry10 staff to develop and maintain successful external partnerships.
