Worked alongside PsychPPE's Founder to develop an evidence-based wellbeing training service that aims to foster the skill of self-care and introspection at an individual, team and organisation level and supports NHS staff to develop their own personalised wellbeing plan, in accordance with the NHS People Plan 20/21. Rapidly and responsively established robust operational processes to support project and financial management. Organised and co-facilitated over 20+ virtual PsychPPE Workshop and Train-the-Trainer sessions, commissioned by the London Transformation and Learning Collaborative, the NHS Blood and Transplant Service, Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital and the Elizabeth Casson Trust, to over 265+ NHS healthcare professionals.
