Felix Mueller, Coach

Finding solutions in complex situations is what comes to my mind when I think about Tania. I have known Tania for several years in my role as Managing Director of Henley Business School Germany when Tania was a student on Henley’s coaching programme and as alumna and contributor to our Coaching & Reflection Community. I was particularly impressed by Tania’s talent to build strong relationships with very diverse audiences through presenting complex topics in practical, intuitive ways that allow the listener to move into action quickly. And all of this without losing her own personality. Thus, I can strongly recommend Tania if you are looking for a coach with deep understanding of both the subject matter and the needs of the people she is working with.

I strongly recommend working with Tania as a well-educated and highly skilled coach! Her substantial experience in business life makes her a perfect coach for Managers and Executives. She covers not only the classical personal coaching, put adds a systemic view and an impressive know-how on challenges related with digitalization.

'Incredibly efficient’ is the phrase that comes to mind when I think about Tania. I had the pleasure of working with Tania for many years at sophus, collaborating on several projects across multiple major clients. Customer oriented, results driven and with an eye to details Tania would be an asset to any team.
