While working in conjunction with the Finance Director, I helped facilitate that all of the car deals were funded and processed in a timely manner. I took pride that my CIT list was under 10 days when the dealership was selling upwards of 2,000 cars a month. with 80% being financed. when needed, I would assist the finance managers sell back end products such as GAP, Extended Warranties and Auto theft protection. Credit analysts, I analyzed financial information and assessed the risk of offering credit to businesses and individuals. Funding Coordinator, I compiled all needed documents and sent them to the lien holders to complete the Loan process and make sure we received funds in a timely manner. As a shipping coordinator I organized all logistics surrounding the shipment of Vehicles from a business to retail outlets and consumers. Show less

I worked in the collections department. I called on past due accounts and encouraged the clients to bring their accounts current as well as helped them stay on track with their payments. While working there I was the top collector consecutively for 10 out of 12 months. I was able to help the employees that had been working there 5+ years learn how to use current social media and communication options in order to get through to the customers that were avoiding phone calls. From there I was transferred to personal banker. I assisted customers open accounts and apply for the consumer credit cards and loans. Show less
