  My role as a HR Coordinator is to provide high quality support for the wider team nationally and to drive improvements and efficiencies within the recruitment process and provide support across HR processes including :•Supporting the GLEW program and key people initiatives (Grow, Learn, Enjoy & Work Together)•Providing support to the Safety, Training & HR Operations team including reporting, key processes and administration•Coordinating the onboarding and induction processes for all new starters•Generating all HR documentation nationally•Coordinating training requirements, including our National Traineeship & Apprenticeship Program•System administration including Payroll, Recruitment and Safety
