Senior Counselor
-
Mar 2020 - May 2021
Prior to the COVID - 19 quarantine, I, as senior counselor, would have supported my assistant director in managing a room of approximately 20 individuals (10 counselors and 10 campers).I would have also supported other counsellors, and would have planned and executed various activities for the entire camp. Due to covid - 19, Autism Ontario Kids/Adults Camp moved to an online platform. While we still do arts & crafts, sing songs, and do fitness, instead of in person, they are done through zoom calls. I lead and assist in these zoom calls to ensure autistic persons/people with autism can still have a fun summer. Show less
