Was involved in the monitoring of physical parameters (pH, turbidity, temperature). 2. Processing of samples using the continuous flow centrifuge (CFC) for the separation of coliforms, coliphages, Cryptospordium and Giaridia oocysts. 3. Elution of coliphages using the OptimaRE elution method and the quantification of Coliform and Coliphages using EasyphageTM and Coliscan TM. 4. Was also involved in data compilation, statistical analysis using SPSS 16 and project draft writeup.
