      Orkid Family Day is an event by Pusat Jagaan Our Kids Are Special, (ORKIDS) PJ for Down Syndrome Children between the age of 7 to 15. ORKIDS is a non-profit, community-based NGO, which provides special needs education for school-age children, aged 7-15 years old with Down Syndrome and other cognitive disabilities. This family day shall bring all the kids and their families together from ORKIDS to have a fun-filled day with activities and games. This event is held at Kiwanis Down Syndrome Foundation- National Centre, Selangor.Volunteers are needed to assist in the setup of the hall, games, and other booths at the event. We must also guide the children through the games and activities. Finally, all the volunteers will need to assist the organisers in clearing the hall after the event. In addition, prior to the event, volunteers are given the opportunity to come up with exciting games for the kids to play.
