I started out with Joel in 2007 as a customer service representative and although over the years my role has changed by adding sales and more management responsibilities. My main focus has always been providing the best customer service. I now am able to focus my time and energy to not only help provide the best customer service to our clients but also be support for our Sales and Marketing team.

I started out with Joel as a customer service representative; I truly appreciate the education foundation they set with each client. We strive to not only provide the best service, best product, best price to the client, but also want them to know why they need what they need. I like to make sure all of our clients are educated on their policy and it fits their needs. I feel that becoming a wife and a mother has also made me become more aware of not only my family’s finances and future but have also made me want to make sure others are informed, prepared and protected.
