  As the Frankston City Libraries Manager, I was directly responsible for the delivery of the public library service to the local community with an annual budget of $5.2 million and 60 staff.I completed a transformation process with the Frankston City Libraries Team and Service which included a Change Management process, a Service Review and development of a five year Action Plan. I implemented a fine free policy, a branding refresh and improved staff engagement and team culture. Improved relationships with key stakeholders including the local community, Public Libraries Victoria, internal Council departments and Councillors.Successfully led the Frankston City Libraries Team through the various stages of the COVID-19Pandemic with innovative, adaptable and flexible service delivery methods.
