  Assist in preparation of Subcontracts, Purchase Orders, and Rental Agreements for Subcontractors and Venders on projects utilizing ProLong system. Certify that credentials such as insurance, bonds, and/or Subguard are in place before work begins. Responsible for the proper administration and enforcement of the Federal Labor Standards Provisions on Contracts covered by Davis-Bacon Requirements.
