My passion for encouraging and helping others step forward is the catalyst for much of what I do. I love being able to come alongside individuals, teams or groups as they pursue a dream, express a vision or take risky-faith inspired steps to change, grow and launch into living a life of wellness, purpose and fulfillment. My mission is to support women and women leaders through coaching, speaking, teaching, and writing. I offer life and leadership coaching assistance for women in the areas mentioned above. Coaching can be one-on-one or in a group setting. Additionally, I facilitate team building workshops and am a trained facilitator for the REAL COLORS assessment. I offer pre-marriage coaching and mentoring via the PREPARE ENRICH program, where I am a certified facilitator. I also provide messages and teachings at retreats and workshops to women's groups and organizations, as well as, recovery groups/ministries. Some previous retreat and workshop speaking titles are: Stepping Forward, Grow in Relationship with Christ and Each Other ; Where We Celebrate Grace; Sharing Jesus to Create Hope; CSI: Christian Students Investigate—Temptation, Obedience, Determination, Trust and Pride.
