Tammy has coached me on and off for the last two years - helping me navigate a move from a busy in-house career to running my own consultancy. She’s supported me at various pivotal moments, helping me untangle conflicting motivations and make sound, brave decisions - which have always paid off! Her mix of empathetic support, gentle challenge and humour make our conversations really productive, and good fun. Tammy also has great integrity and strong values which I admire (and think is really important in a coach). Her passion for equity, and particularly for supporting women in business, helps me be better and want to support others too. Simply put, Tammy has made an enormous positive impact in my life and it is fantastic to have her as my coach and cheerleader.

I've twice used Tammy's coaching and expertise to help me navigate through a workplace negotiation. After giving her a debrief on what I needed Tammy went away and came back with research, encouraging tips, as well as direct advice. All of this proved effective in preparing me for success. Tammy's guidance equipped me for otherwise tricky conversations. Her follow up sessions were helpful too as she helped me plan next steps. I've learned a lot from her advice each time, and benefitted from being more clearly understood in my workplace. I've had promotions and job growth that wouldn't have happened without the focus and confidence Tammy helped me find. Without Tammy's expertise and coaching I'm sure I'd be stuck in old circular conversations. For these reasons I can't recommend Tammy enough.
