•Helped 300+ students gain hands on, professional practical experience •2018 awarded the silver plaque for finishing 2nd place in Alberta with being #2 CDI College holding the highest % of students who gained employment; I personally averaged (*average based from 12 month period) 65% were hired from the Practicum placements •Continue to build professional relationships with no-profit organizations and companies in and around Edmonton. •Organized and Spearhead Orientations on a weekly basis for 3-20 new students from 2017 - June 2020. • Schedule Certificate courses for students (CPR First Aid/WHIMIS/Suicide and Self-Harm Intervention to name a few). • Applauded through two separate annual audits for file management, organization and note documentation! • Upmost respect for student confidentiality as well as respect from the student body towards me. • Work with Microsoft Software, Word and Outlook daily and capable of handling up to 80+ email messaging daily. • Enjoyed training 4 other Practicum Coordinators since starting.
