  My role here is to provide extensive guidance and resources in order to help current youth on probation. Part of my job is to deliver critical knowledge on law enforcement by organizing and speaking at orientations.The other part is Event Coordinating, where I compose agendas, facilitate meetings, collaborate with different teams, and execute the final plan. My team and I also attend conferences/conventions/workshops with the Santa Clara Juvenile Justice Department judges, probation officers, and public defenders to provide knowledge based on our personal experiences on improving our law system as well as school mechanism.
