  -Lead showroom sales efforts by selling the Urban Homes brand, products, and myself as a designer to all potential clientele. -Work directly with customers on the design of their kitchen. Work within the confines of budget, timeline, customer preferences, and managing customer expectations. Negotiate pricing and services offered with clients. -Create cost and design proposals, design drawings/renderings, and finalize design needs. Many rounds of drawings and budgeting is typically needed. Establish trusting, professional relationship with clients during projects which typically last 6 months to 2 years. - Once project is secured write contract, create purchase orders, review vendor confirmations, and settle timeline for project. -Prior to material delivery work with GC and client to demo and prep space. This includes coordinating electrical requirements, wall locations, plumbing needs, and installing any new products such as flooring or lighting. -Project manage installation. Find solutions to issues that arise on site and keep client in loop on status. Once install is complete follow up with client walk through and final punch list items. -Urban Homes is a small business so also involved in business development, marketing, and presentations to trade on Urban Homes product line in office and general tri-state area.
