Initially I was employed to oversee and complete the administration and documentation for the region of Botswana, this included preparing and sending out of orders in excel, booking of vehicles with the transporters, ensuring that inspections were completed on product and ensuring the documentation was 100% complete and accurate when sending to the border with the truck. This however soon changed when in meetings I would be assigned more roles. I was soon overseeing and completing all of the administrative function within the export department, including all of the above mentioned as for Botswana, but then after the truck had reached its destinations, the regions needed to be invoiced for the produce, as well as month end deadlines having to be met each month with regards to the accounts balancing in Pastel and Excel. Receiving orders from regions with regards to their fresh produce Booking of necessary road transportation Completing ALL paperwork and admin within the exports department – including creation of load sheets, inspection documents, envelopes for trucks, orders, and accounting thereafter.

I was asked to complete all the current ABSA securities (title and bond deeds that need to be either sent to the bank or to their owners) as the firm was under pressure and the person completing this task was struggling with another task taking their focus. Again, I was soon being assigned more responsibility to not complete the ABSA securities, but also the other banks – ABSA, FNB, and Standard & Estate’s. This is another place my priority first and finished system worked. Soon, the securities deadlines for all the banks were being matched, if not being beaten and we won ABSA attorneys for bonds a couple of times. My responsibilities grew to also scanning, capturing data and saving the files on our cloud storage system as our off-site storage facility was getting too costly. I managed to get the files moved from the big storeroom in absolute chaos, to a small storeroom that was systematic. Added to these responsibilities, I was then given opening of each clients file and deliver to the conveyancing secretary, as well as payments, which entailed my finding of files of the clients that had paid so that the receipt could be captured and linked to the client on the system – Lawdeed. I was also asked during my time at Erasmus Motaung to step in and be at reception when the receptionist needed to take lunch, etc. Administration of the securities within the firm. Scanning and capturing the files when completed on the cloud-based storage system.Reason for leaving: Needed to expand my administrative environment, needed a new challenge

By using a custom made CMS, I had to ensure that all content received by clients by email, on their websites were as up to date as was possible. This included spelling, grammar, images and links. Assisted with some SEM and SEO for clients, locally as well as abroad, which consisted mostly of blogging of a set theme and in very small amounts, PPC? A weekly campaign was also completed for a client also using this custom made CMS. Briefly began expanding my IT knowledge in configuring mailboxes,,& advancing my skills in SEO. Reason for leaving: The owner was going to New Zealand for a 6 month contract with a client – he never returned and the company went insolvent.
