I now serve ADO as an In-house representative to service our customers across the regions to ensure their knowledge to help profitably grow their business by keeping product and information current and up to date. I am also able to offer suggestions that will solve problems and allow them to be able to relax and feel comfortable with choosing ADO as their fabric and drapery manufacturer.

Formerly a CSR for ADO in Customer Service. This is where I got my start with ADO. I previously worked for Springs Industries and concluded I had a love of textiles. I started working in CS 10-7pm and learned everything from fabric to stitches. After about 2 years of this, I tell everyone I worked myself right out the door...

Territory Manager
-
Apr 2003 - May 2009
After working in customer service I realized I needed to know more so I decided to pay my own way and attend the International Window Covering Show in New Orleans to learn more about the business and who our competition was at the time. That decision allowed me to have an opportunity to work one week in the building and one week on the road-to get my feet wet as a sales rep. It was only a short time until I became a multi-state territory manager traveling each week.
