I first met Tammi while working at the HNI Corp. Tammi had some major obligations to meet for the further development of the company and culture. I was very fortunate to be allowed to help with a small part of that. Tammi facilitated many classes with me, and certified me to train on my own. She is a very highly motivated professional, with great communication skills, crowd engagement/participation, and humor. Often times Tammi would pull a group back in by breaking for a second to tell the most amazing jokes. Once the groups had a laugh or two, she could pull them back in and recapture their attention. It's hard to accurately estimate how many lives this professional has touched in her daily duties, I am merely one of them. Tammi furthered my development by coaching, challenging, and rewarding me within the context of the program she developed. While watching Tammi work the room, I began to expand my expectations of myself in ways most engineers aren't required to. This definitely opened doors for me, and helped me uncover passions of mine that had laid dormant since my college days. The value her role has brought to the company exactly is hard to say because it spans so many different people in tangible and intangible benefits. I'm very grateful she took the time to develop me, and am happy to see that she's been fairly rewarded by the company. Tammi, thank you for all you've done, and the doors you have opened! Tammi --I hold this woman in highest esteem, one of the clients in my career that has set the bar for the others. Friendly, honest, organized, win/win based thinking! What more could a vendor ask of a client....it is easy to see why and how Tammi is successful in so many area's of her life. Tammi is truly a "What goes around comes around" believer!
