Tammi was such a huge asset to the Windham Brannon team. She is a very detailed oriented person, but also is able to step back and see the big picture, which allowed her to not get "caught up" in the details. She is a quick learner, and able to adapt to new situations without hesitation. Being an Executive Assistant at Windham Brannon consists of catering to many different personalities and preferences, but Tammi always knew how to get the job done to everyone's satisfaction. During very stressful times, you could always count on Tammi to be the calm, non-stressed one of the group. Tammi always went above and beyond her "formal" job requirements. I would highly recommend Tammi in any capacity.

Ms. Flowers is absolutely without hesitation the most professional, responsible, and dependable person I have ever had the opportunity with which to work alongside. Her ability to retain and call upon, from memory information regarding all areas and facets of her responsibilities, whether it was a process or a minute detail regarding a particular client, while simultaneously assisting multiple individuals for whom she supported as well as co-workers was absolutely awe inspiring. Tammi possessed a level of management skill that made her truly an invaluable asset to the firm. In addition to her professional skill and attitude, she has an extremely approachable and warm personality that made her a joy to work with. It is more than a pleasure to provide my full professional and personal endorsement of Tammi Flowers, it is a privilege.
