Health Insurance coordination and communication with the insured/employees and the insurance providers with regards to insurance matters.  Prepare and submit insurance claims for processing. Coordinating with insurance providersrelating to medical issues of employees, requests and approval.  Acts as a liaison between employees and insurance companies and helps develop policies for risk management and loss control.  Frequently reviewing for Company polices to determine new and shifting insurance needs, and ensures that company’s insurance certificates are in full compliance and keeps track of important policy details.  Prepare claims and follow up insurance claims to ensure timely settlement and payments.  Comply with the operating country’s labor legislations for finalizing insurance policies and liaise with legal administrator for finalization of policies, preferring claims and arriving at settlements.
