During my time in Talent Point, I created a market overview covering all positions from entry level HR administrators all the way up to HR directors. I used various tools and data gathering techniques to research the world of Human Resources. i used multiple channels such as LinkedIn, job boards and interviewed real life HR professionals to gain a comprehensive view of the specific roles, responsibilities and salaries within this market. The market overview i created will be used to guide various talent point customers on how best to recruit for their HR department. Using my knowledge, I gained about HR, I created an advert to showcase my knowledge about HR. Along with learning about HR, I was also learning about attributes of a good CV. Show less
